When you use Spontany, we collect the following information to provide the service:
Your name — used to personalise your calendar and identify you to connections you invite.
Your custody schedule — the days you mark as yours or your co-parent's, plus any holiday or vacation tags you add.
Connection data — when you invite a partner or co-parent, we store the relationship and any access grants you approve.
We do not collect your email address, phone number, or any payment information.
Your data is used solely to provide the Spontany custody calendar service — specifically, to display your calendar, compute your custody balance, and show shared free-time windows with connected partners or co-parents.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app.
Your data is stored securely on Railway servers in the cloud. Access is controlled by a private token unique to your account. We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only data sharing that occurs is what you explicitly authorise — for example, sharing your custody schedule with a connected partner or co-parent.
Connections only see the days you grant them access to, and only for the duration you approve.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can revoke any connection at any time from your calendar's Connections panel.
